"All ways I'm happy with food, drink ,café and hotel staff at QT hotel.we had high tea at the café which I was looking forward to having. I made booking for $39 a few days ago. a waitress come and asked us our first drink of champagne or coffee or tea when we had a seat. we got a champagne for first drink.as this was a farewell party no one at our table new we had booked the $39 high tea so we all ordered a champagne assuming it was included unaware it was $15 extra.My point is we were not informed by our waitress that this is a extra cost which I find extremely unprofessional as she new we booked the $39 high tea..Then when it was time to pay the bill, they charge me $54 which was other high tea menu of included champagne. we were happy if a waitress was to tell us this menu and price before pouring the champagne, because we didn't know. I think they should tell everyone who book $39. you can up grade if you would like to have champagne.... something like simple hospitality good management and customer service would of avoided this confusion, also I told cashier why you didn't tell us before you pour champagne. her answer was " you already had a champagne. so $54" ......we felt disappoint her way of speaking. here is an excellent hotel. I hope you always be aware of the purpose of the task."

"Came here for a work Christmas party, and I must say.. I was blown away by the impeccable service! Very very impressed at how attentive, friendly and quick our wait staff were. Tables were cleared promptly each time someone got up for a new plate at the seafood buffet. Food was also delicious! The highlight was the unlimited seafood oysters, prawns and Crab (weeknight buffet not sure if there's more on a weekend). Buffet was well taken care of and always topped up so looked very attractive. Desserts were amazing too my fave was the massive creme brulee, and my mocktail was very tasty. All in all, I would highly recommend coming here and I will definitely be back!"

"Great staff can be hard to come by, but Nobu is undoubtedly great. We have been staying at the marriot for years now and every year we return Nobu has made our nights dining out at either Benihana or Citrique wonderful. Remembering us and...our names every year and sharing laughs and great experiences with Nobu has made each time we return to the Marriot something very special and nostalgic for us and I thank him for that.
