"The best kept secret in the Goleta valley. Absolutely the best pasta and veggies in town. Always fresh baked Italian bread on the table with the real virgin” olive oil and balsamic, accompanied with the fresh grate parmigiana from the importer. Besides the fantastic selection of California and direct Italian imported wines, they got the best Italian beers on tap. Don’t pass up the appetizers, the Romana Cesar salad is fantastically, chopped and dressed, (right down to the croutons, and cracked pepper always order the capreese , the organic thick sliced sweet tomato’s, topped with the fluffiest Buffalo mozzarella, capped with a leaf of grown there basil , and the lightest sprinkle of oregano. Garnished with the lightest zippyest olives imaginable, (yes there is such an olive [it sounds like the simplest but they make it majic] . (Ask for more oil and balsamic for a sharper tap. The soups are always fresh (if they don’t have it ....it’s cause they sold it all. always ask about the specials, and don’t shy away from the fresh fish selection because it is........ “Calamari” “meatballs” “porterhouse” . Expect the service unexpected, they know how to serve people there, like you’re family. Come to eat, relax and enjoy ,then don’t forget the tiramisu, with the coffee Americano. Or a desert wine (Make reservations on a weekend or if there’s 4 or more (expect them to speak Italian if you do (when your done thank Mickey, and the staff, cause you’ll remember the experience il mio italiano preferito al mondo"

"We stumbled upon this place trying to avoid the chaos of Solvang and we were pleasantly surprised how good the food and service is! Not only do they plate it beautifully and serve you after you order at the front, but they use fresh ingredients and make their own tortillas, chips, guacamole and salsas. Bonus points for vegan section on menu."

"Simply a stoner's, snacker and munchie's delight! I had happened upon Las Uvas on multiple occasions before actually giving it a try... 1) I saw it on the GrubHub app and it sparked my curiosity. 2) They were previously on the Axxess app for a buy one, get one bottle of wine (no longer available) 3) I have passed by Las Uvas countless times while cutting through the industrial park that its hidden in (near Goleta Red Distilling). Last night I swung by Target for an online order prior to company visiting and also happened to have had a killer sweet tooth. Las Uvas immediately popped in my mind. If you visit their website, they have a lengthy menu of what they offer. While they don't seem to make anything they sell themselves; instead they purchase wholesale items and offer them for curbside pick up or delivery (via GrubHub, Seamless, DoorDash or through themselves directly). Their schtick is they sell desserts and wines on demand! Their endless options include: Bottles of champagne, local wines (white, red and rose from Santa Barbara Winery, Carr, Lafond, Fess Parker, Rancho Sisquoc and common commercial brands); Keep in mind that they check IDs upon delivery!! Ice cream and gelato by the pint (McConnell's, Talenti, and Ben Jerry's) Cheesecake Factory cheesecake and pie slices Individual ice cream bars and mochi, flavored ice Krispy Kreme donuts A large assortment of candies, chocolates, snacks, beverages, and chips I placed my order of four coffee ice cream stuffed brownies, two slices of Cheesecake Factory cheesecake slices, and a pint of Ben Jerry's Cherry Garcia. Don't judge! The order was on a little metal cart outside their industrial storefront within 7 minutes of placing my order. Impressive! I absolutely love the concept behind Las Uvas. We have needed a business to provide quick delivery of alcohol and goodies. Truly they were genius to set it up near UCSB's campus. I do wish they sold entire cheesecakes or boxes of desserts; perhaps one day. They have an extensive map of delivery zones (covering Santa Barbara, Goleta, Isla Vista, Montecito, and Hope Ranch), plus they're open 7 days a week until 11 pm! Stoners delight!"
