"I was here for a business meeting. the personal coffee served in the paper cup when we sat in the caffe. they said they did this because of covid, but they later delivered the coffee in normal tassen to several customers. I don't want to sound restless, but I felt slandered that I was treated differently, so while I paid the bill that I asked if covid is over now as they all wait in normal tassen. they were completely unapologetic and gave me a brazen answer that I was served in a paper cup, as I did not specifically ask for porcelain/porcelain cup. a customer visits a caffe and pays premium for experience and not with such unfriendly employees. I liked this caffe, but today praised never to visit this caffe again."
