"We have eaten here a couple of times cannot recommend it highly enough. The food is absolutely fantastic there is plenty of it. The front of house service is amazing he is on his own does a brilliant job. It is very reasonably priced considering the standard of the food produced like I say I would definitely recommend giving it a go."

"We were staying on a small caravan site in the village, and because of the reviews, booked in to celebrate a significant birthday of my wife's. We were not disappointed. The food is absolutely delicious. It is a small menu, with four choices of starter, main and dessert, but we were easily able to choose something we wanted without a problem. My wife started with goat cheese and beetroot, and I had trout. For mains, we went for Lamb rump and Halibut. Everything was cooked really well, and the service was excellent. If I had any issue at all, for me, the fish was slightly over seasoned, but I accept I don't tend to use much salt when I cook, and it certainly did not detract from the quality. The desserts are amazing, but we only shared one between us, as we were full. One other thing although it is very much a gourmet pub', the beer is excellent!!!!"

"I don’t usually write reviews but had to for this place. Bottomless brunch was incredible so much drink, so much food, amazing value. We had a cocktail tree, a jug of gin fizz and a bottle of Prosecco between three of us. We could’ve had more but didn’t need it. Will definitely be going back."

"Visited with friends for a meal last night. From the road it is very unassuming you could walk past without knowing what was behind the door. However on walking in we were met by the most amazing smells and a lovely friendly staff. They could not have been more helpful with adapting the menu for my rather extensive and complex allergies and I was able to choose from most of the fantastic sounding menu. Our entire party of 4 had a wonderful relaxed meal and the fact that your chef comes out to chat afterwards only enhances the experience. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the food and the fantastic service and atmosphere which is far above the cost Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc at £19! Would highly recommend if you find yourself in Hereford area."
