"Service is horrendous No acknowledgement what so ever We sat down, gave our orders, got our food, but no utensils or plates. Was difficult to find our waiter to take away our finished dishes, there was no space on our table. Took a long time to put in another drink order. Had to wave him down so many time to ask for check but he was like tunnel vision not looking out way. Food was good but the drinks were fantastic. It was a Saturday, yes they were swamped. But a little acknowledgement would be nice I 'll be right with you but nothing. Live music was so beautiful! It was very nice vibes. Please train your staff common courtesy. I would have left a two or three star review. I believe the staff attitudes can be changed and properly trained."

"I came here with a party a few weeks ago and didnt enjoy my visit all too much. Everyone I came with said their food; chicken; chops; lamb; all tasted like they were frozen and came from a plastic bag. Which is fine, but the prices, in my opinion were over priced. $15-30 dollars for something frozen? Meh, not for me. 1 star off.Secondly, while we were there an employee, to which i assume was the boss, started screaming at another employee because she didn't carry 2 plates with her. It was so loud I could hear him above the music, the entire restaurant could hear every word. I was completely upset to think that a grown man would act like that to a women and it ruined my evening. It was completely degrading to her. 2 stars offWould not recommend."

"Service was slow but it was Labor Day weekend and my guess is that they had a lot of staff returning to college. We ate outside and it was delightful. Inside was noisy."

"We had 6:30 reservations, seated right away, waitress was nice and greeted us upon arrival. Ordered our food and drinks. Drinks were served right away. Waited over 45 minutes for the appetizer. Soup was cold came in a large bowl and a very small amount enough to feed a bird. The fried cauliflower was cold, fries were oversalted and cold. I can go on. Food was also served 30 minutes after the appetizer and guess what cold. We asked for extra bread for the long wait times and the waitress said she would have to charge us extra, so we declined. Later I guess she felt sorry for us and brought us the bread and said she had to sneak them out of the kitchen for us. My son liked the short rib but it was cold. Didn't really complain because we were hungry and just couldn't wait another hour for hot food. $180 later and I feel ripped off."
