"WoW ! This was our second time we went and just as thrilled as the first time! We were impressed with the quality and presentation of the dishes. What a wonderful simplicity yet such sophistication in the combination of the flavours ! This place is a gem. Superbly friendly service and the setting of the place and its idyllic terrace are incredible right across the Mont Ventoux. We loved it and will go back ! Highly recommend !!"

"The diner was great and all my colleagues were more than satisfied after this evening. We had fresh caillettes or tartare de truite de Sorgues as starter. then Pintade fermiere á la tapenade or rable de lapin aux Herbes . Everything was made from the day...with fresh vegetables. We had the diner outside , so calm as you can really relax and enjoy the Provence atmosphere. Philippe Galas is a proud of sharing all specialities around the Mt Ventoux in term of meat, fish , fruits, vegetables... i love the cremebrulee á la lavande . Also is Wine menu is huge and focus on small domain to be discovered!"
