"Panquecaria Girassol is a restaurant based in Maringá. With a good location, close to hospitals and clinics, there is intense movement of people in the region. Our experience was on a Tuesday lunch. There were 3 of us, each of whom consumed the free buffet $23.90) in the self-service system. It's a good choice for lunch during the week. We plan to go back as it is close to the office. Everyone enjoyed the tasty homemade food. With a good seasoning, they serve rice, beans, eggs, farofa, fries, polenta, stir-fries, mashed potatoes, fried plantains, pancakes, breaded and grilled chicken, salads, desserts, etc. Guys, remember mom/grandma food! Hehehe Who doesn't!? You pay a separate amount for the steak on the grill, also in the buffet system. This strategy is interesting, as it increases the average ticket. Ah, you can choose by kilo, so it's worth it if you eat little. Therefore, due to the diversification of the portfolio, the restaurant presents an excellent cost-benefit ratio. Todos gostaram da saborosa comida caseira. Com um bom tempero, servem arroz, feijão, ovos, farofa, batata frita, polenta, refogados, purê de batata, banana frita, panquecas, frango empanado e na chapa, saladas, sobremesas etc. Gente, lembra comida de mãe/vó! Hehehe Quem não gosta!? Você paga um valor a parte pelo bife na chapa, também no sistema buffet. Interessante essa estratégia, pois aumenta o ticket médio. Ah, tem como escolher por kilo, então vale a pena se você come pouco. Portanto, pela diversificação do portfólio, o restaurante apresenta um ótimo custo-benefício. O atendimento foi regular. O ambiente é aconchegante, espaçoso, arejado e limpo. Oferecem tanto as áreas interna como externa para o consumo. Sobre pontos a melhorar, acredito que seja quanto ao produto esperado pelo público: panquecas. Havia apenas duas opções disponíveis no buffet. Isso faz sentido, considerando a expectativa dos clientes que visitam a “Panquecaria Girassol”. O inverso também pode acontecer; no menu, são diversas comidas quentes e frias que as pessoas não imaginam que são servidas. Podem pensar: “ah, lá deve ter mais panquecas!” Essa crítica não é suficiente para diminuir a nota/classificação do estabelecimento. Não há estacionamento. Na região, costuma ser difícil estacionar. Recomendamos procurar vagas nas ruas paralelas à Av. Independência."
