"I order regularly from them as the pizzas used to be pretty good. However recently I had two awful experiences that have put me off: 1. I ordered and it took 90 minutes to arrive. I had even called when it was supposed to be here and they assured me it would be with me soon, and it wouldn’t arrive cold etc. Kids kept waiting for pizza until there was no more point. I was offered a refund that still hasn’t materialised. To top it off, when it did arrive, it was cold and inedible. 2. They sent me a voucher code. It didn’t work, so I called the customer service 7 times to try different combinations no one knew what it was and they offered zero help. I have emailed both their contact and order form and have heard nothing from them back. I was a pretty regular customer but honestly now I would rather just order Franco Manca on Deliveroo given that Firezza is so unreliable."

"Having visited McD's in many places, this was one of the more pleasant eat-in experiences it was well laid out, comfy seats, and when we arrived just after midday there were loads of choices about where to sit. We ordered to the table, and...the food was out really quickly. Food and drinks for people plus desserts, just over There was also a small play area at the back. Food was as we expected burgers were tasty enough. We were happy but it is McD's after all, not haute cuisine."

"We have posted bandit street food for our high time, and oh my have delivered them. jonathan and the team were so incredibly helpful from the first phone calls during shutdown to our tasting and then booking. jonathan was flexible with kovid and has definitely revived us in a stressful time. the team went over and beyond the day in terms of eating and service and our guests were more than free. we could not recommend this company enough, so thank you again for our high time so wonderful. hannah andrew"

"Visited with work colleagues for a team lunch. Unfortunately they'd not received their food delivery so there was no Cauliflower Steaks or Pork Belly on the menu. The team were satisfied with the alternative menu options. Overall a pleasant experience in a beautiful pub, tasty food, arrived quick and hot. Lovely staff and a nice beer garden too."
