"I have eaten Rocky Mount BBQ from the time I was little, it has always been good homemade southern food! Today I ordered the fried fish sandwich and wow it is so tasty! Its very moist, cooked to a nice golden color, and the flavor of the fish is awesome especially since it’s flounder! I had an order of the crinkle cut fries and they are cooked perfectly as well, not too soft and not to crispy, JUST RIGHT! I recommend all the food, especially the chopped bbq because I love vinegar, but when I want something different from a bbq place the fish sandwich is my go to!"

"We were skeptical like another critic because the restaurant is in a hotel. But we had a great experience here! Our burgers were great. Hubby had the classic with Fritten and I chose the On The Border Burger with a house salad. The frits and the salad were good. We wanted to try her Mason Jar Desserts, but we were both too full. Our waitress Cecibel was so helpful and friendly! I had headaches before traveling and being dehydrated and she kept my water filled all the time. The atmosphere was good and other staff seemed friendly and helpful."

"Convenient to the hotel I was staying in— only a 3 min walk. Little hard to find until I realized it was inside the Liz Moore building (entrance faces the SunTrust bldg). Enjoyed the grilled ham, brie, and apple sandwich with a fresh side salad with feta, cranberries and almonds. I also purchased a loaf of of pumpkin bread to take home and Momo’s Mama was right— it is fantastic! Will definitely stop in here again when in town."

"Went to lunch today with some friends and boy was this a surprise find. We tried a variety of food and all of it was great! I'm a bit picky with food and I am somewhat a critic. I decided to give the lamb a try, but I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. Lamb is hard to get right. They not only got it right, they knocked it out of the park! We can't wait to go back and try more!"

"Will never eat here again. EXTREMELY unprofessional. The bartender Tommy was very attentive, with prompt and courteous service. Fin has advertisements in the locker room of my local gym that attracted myself there to eat whereas prior I only frequented there for wine with friends. These advertisements such as the Thai Chicken Spinach salad evidently has not been on the menu in some time. So instead I tried the Salmon, cous cous, walnut pesto. Unfortunately, an employee in which he and I had bad dealings a few years back, approached me in an aggressive manner and created a ruckus.
