"Once we are in the area of the Sidney we will step in Dakota Cafe !The food tasted good and also have several options to choose from.very large portions for the price, I would definitely recommend. The decor and ambience is also very nice, service is quite attentive. It is my favourite restaurant in Sidney!"

"My beautiful wife and children celebrated their birthday at the Deep Cove Chalet. The dinner started well enough with a fireplace seat, a bit attentive service, but then disintegrate when the host took it to herself for the lecture and that our children received giggling... two complaints and we were to control their noise levels. Open and loudly chastizing customers are unacceptable and it ruined the celebration. She was embarrassed and stole the occasion. The meal was moderate and the room was extremely tired. We were the only indigenous people or colours in the room under 65 years of age and it felt racist. I would never return, never recommend the restaurant and wish it negative star rating."

"This Bakery/Cafe lacked variety, both in Sandwiches/hot meals as well as baked goods. In fairness, I did arrive at 4:00pm, much past their lunch hours. I ordered a Brownie with Fudge and Pecan topping. The Brownie was very sweet and Rich tasting. It was almost...too sweet. I found the Fudge like topping too sweet for my liking. It completely took over the taste of the Brownie, so you could barely taste the Brownie beneath it. In my opinion, if they used about 1/3 of the Fudge topping, the Brownie would have tasted so much better."

"If you like Italian food and I mean the kind you get in Italy then this is your place. This is one of the best Italian restaurants I have eaten in. The words pillow soft and creamy discribes the best polenta I have ever had. The Tuscan Beef was rich and tender. And the Lemon Pasta well if you do not think of Sorrento I don't know what would. Can't wait to go back!"
