"We came here for lunch as soon as we got to Illinois. Downtown O’Fallon is very nice! Peel is in a great location. However, the food does quite stack up. On the good side, the pretzel rolls were great! Nice and hot, plus the sauces it came with were really good. However, this cannot make up for the fact that the pizza was not up to par. The crust was soggy and could not hold the weight of the cheese or toppings. I had to eat my pieces with a fork just to get it to hold. The flavor was only decent. But for the price of everything we ordered, I do not feel the quality matched. When we went, they were not busy so I’m not sure what went wrong. Our server was friendly though and that is always appreciated."

"Delicious tenderness bbq that does not need a knife. I have the ultimate platter with ripening, pork steak and brisket. they were all good, but I would return for the good. the fat sat the brisket perfectly. all 3 sauces were added to the meat and not exaggerated. service was fast and atmosphere is relaxing. big bbq find in the western st charles county."

"I finally came back to the STL Donut Tour this weekend and stayed at Wood Bakery. What a great place! You have so amazing looking cakes and cookies and desserts with a huge wall filled with so many styles of donuts to try! You have different special styles, depending on which day you come and I have the last salted Caramel Long John so good today! This place has some of the best cakes donuts I had on the tour this season! Definitely stop here if you like cakes donuts and custard filled donuts!"

"All aboard, Made Today Cafe! This is a not to miss gem of Cafe. Locally owned, the owner is the cook! Cuteness overload with pride of ownership. The menu is for baked goods and breakfast. They offer many gluten free and dairy free goods. The prices are great and the personalized service with a smile is even better! Just off I-70 about two blocks in O 'Fallon, Mo. If you going through this area you should make this a stop. Great coffee, awesome ice tea try the gluten-free biscuits. They have a real train red caboose in the front of the Cafe that you can 't miss. The owner will be doing Santa Mrs. Clause for the kids during the holidays. Oh, they have the absolute best homemade cinnamon rolls that I have ever had, so get some to go! Don 't get me started on their homemade cookies! So put this on your list, and the extra slice of good old Americana is free!"
