"We went to the restaurant ithout a reservation and not staying in the hotel. That seemed a bit of a surprise for the staff. We decided to take the € 32,00 menu. The starters were excellent and surprising. Really tasty. Big difference on the main course. The guinea fowl and chorizo lacked a bit of spiciness, the pasta on the side was unseasoned. The salmon on the other side of the table displayed the same flaw: no seasoning. The desserts varied in succes: the raosted peach was a real treat, the crème catalane was a bit boring. Overall: the food was decent, but for 32 euros you can find better in and around Narbonne."
