"This restaurant is located in the marina. We sat in the terrace and enjoyed the beautiful view. We were welcomed with foie gras and a piece of raw swordfish with mustard. Both were delicious. The menu offers plenty of options. For appetizer, we ordered the...scallops with green beans, artichokes, onions and lime butter. They were perfectly cooked and very tender. I asked for the sea bass roasted with mint oil, with a smoked farmhouse cream, bok choy and two pieces of tempura red shrimp accompanied with mint risotto. Everything about this dish was delicious but the mint risotto was the perfect complement for this dish. The fish was tender and juicy and the risotto was extraordinary. My husband had the suckling pig confit with red wine and ceps pasta with mushrooms. He loved it. The waiter recommended a white wine from Corsica which went really well with the food. Finally, we tried the “peach” with white chocolate mousse and peach gelato. This was a very creative dessert. It looked like a peach but it was hard white chocolate shaped and colored like a peach with white chocolate mousse inside. This dessert was extraordinary. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. We won’t forget this amazing culinary experience. You should not miss this restaurant."
