"The new owners of this old forge make an excellent job. the decor is land with the huge working kamin that was illuminated and welcoming when we visited november. on the walls there are interesting old ilmplements, including the huge balg that. the forging fin. the menu is interesting and changes with the seasons. everything is well thought out and very well presented. two of us had the smoked salmon-starter divine. my partner had the mushroom soup that he said he was the best he ever tasted. my chicken main course beautiful and delicate, although I found it almost too ugly and tasted as if it had been boiled in a strong chicken stock. I wouldn't choose it again, but that's just my taste. two of our party had the beef they had said was great and the fourth had the longed thunfish. we all enjoyed our desserts and coffee. we would definitely return."
