"On our last trip the caffe charbone was recommended by a friend in the opposite – absolutely wonderful! our eating was very good, very well presented and our server was excellent. the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, relaxed, but still intimately perfect for...our outing. my party said all their dishes were very nice, not in taste. my own lunch was well seasoned, and the portions were great. between the care that we were in the pudding of the meal, taste, composition and location we were satisfied with this place and would like to visit again!"

"Nous sommes allés dîner en amoureux au Buffalo à Orvault. Nous commandons le menu shérif (plat+dessert+boisson) et prenons chacun un pavé de Rumsteck en plat. Mon amis commande un saignant, aucun soucis. Ét moi un "très cuit, sans sang" pour être précise ! On me rapporte un rumsteck entièrement CARBONISÉ avec un goût de cramé et l'intérieur était MEGA Saignant ! Vive la cuisson à feu hyper fort pour aller au plus vite en cuisine sans tenir compte du respect des demandes clients !!J'appelle le serveur pour lui montrer la chose et si lui qualifiait cela de "très cuit" et il s'est littéralement foutu de ma GUEULE en me disant que c'était comme sa et que il ne pouvait pas faire mieux !!Suite à la très mauvaise foie de ce serveur peu aimable, j'ai du jeter le Rumsteck immangeable et nous avons directement écourté le repas ! Nous n'avons même pas pris le dessert qui était compris dans le Menu. Bien entendu, un autre serveur s'excuse, dis qu'il va "savoir quoi dire à son collegue ...." Bla-bla-bla. AUCUN GESTE N'A BIEN SURE ÉTÉ FAIT !!!15€ pour un plat jeté et un dessert non consommé !Nous sommes rentré chez nous, ét avons fait nous même notre dessert, Valeur sûre après cette déception !!! ÉTABLISSEMENT À ÉVITER !!!Nous le savons, sa coûte 5x plus cher de conquérir un nouveau client que de garder les fidèles... Ben vous devez payer cher !!!"
