"Five of us arrived at to an almost empty restaurant. By the time we ordered at after a long wait, the restaurant started filling up. People who arrived after us were being served before us. It was those who had ordered wine/drinks, which...was everyone but us. You know the meal service is slow when our water glasses were refilled three times before our meals arrived. My husband and I ordered the in-house pizza. Our three cousins ordered salmon tartare not cooked and a salad. We watched table after table after table after table being served before us. Our food finally arrived at p.m. just minutes shy of a whole hour. Virtually all the people who arrived after us ate (and consumed a bottle of wine and more) and left before we got to coffee. Our little group may have appeared retired which we are not. In fact, we are business owners who can set our hours. And ageism is no excuse for being treated differently. And not ordering alcohol is not a reason to be treated differently. We will not go again. Yes, we are seniors. And, we will take our business elsewhere."

"I had a great experience with Dolce più! I had a very specific design of a customized cake in my mind. They paid special attention to details, and asked when there was something they weren’t 100% sure of to make sure they gave me exactly what I wanted. They were super accommodating of me and my requests. The cake turned out way better than I could’ve ever imagined, and it tasted absolutely delicious. Probably the best cake I’ve ever had!Would 100% recommend them!"

"Great matcha latte (the size was perfect) and the choc chip scone was absolutely delicious! I wouldn’t call it a scone though, it’s extremely rich and decadent, definitely worth having one."

"I have fond memories of the Arahova in Laval so decided to try the one on Marcel Laurin. First clue should have been the fact that that the restaurant was almost empty on a Friday night. Ordered the Lamb Souvlaki. Everything on the plate was a disappointment from the handful of frozen fries, the tasteless tomatoes in the greek salad (no olives, no peppers). This is summer and the tomatoes should have some flavor. The pita itself was loaded with Tzatziki but little else, a few pieces of charred lamb bits. If I have the urge for Greek food will go somewhere else."

"Au Vieux Duluth is a great restaurant where you can bring your own wine. We found that this one had excellent food and the waiter was excellent. He saw to us as if we were alone in the restaurant.The quality of the food is great. It was quiet and relaxing."
