"Maître Soulier and his wife hold a restaurant with a hotel adjacent to the idyllic Saint-Quirin. The kitchen is classically French with some modern touches, the pigeon was divine and the stew of the snails was very successful, the lamb is also more than recommended. The chef's class also feels dessert. Soulier and an employee provide a quiet and perfect service, here you can say years of experience and the wines it offers perfectly from the menu. "I get out of Paquita's house with a full belly... Certainly the restaurant is in its juice, but not dirty as some write it.. A very rich and cheap meal at all Certainly the cook and the waiter are special, we get a vintage kick from the entrance... I think the mule cuts and has a new fashion... Finally, I enjoyed it and I'll be back without a problem..."
