"I spent a family dinner waiting for my flight to Faro. Patrick, the chef and his partner, we've been as long-standing friends as we don't know each other. Its local and Provençal cuisine, elaborated with great love, has marvelled our taste buds. We keep in mind the chief's story and a good memory of our passage in this place. "Habitué de ce resto, si j'y retourne c'est parce que j'y mange toujours très bien. Je suis très surpris des commentaires mais je pense deviner que ceux qui sont déçus ont pris autre chose que le plat du jour, je m'explique. Tout d'abord dans ce resto absolument tout est fait maison. A force de discuter avec les mamies qui font la cuisine je vous assure qu'ils ne trichent pas en achetant des trucs à moitié préparés chez Métro. Ensuite ce resto n'est pas conventionnel, à la base ça ressemblait un peu à un self mais plus maintenant. Bref ici pas de chichi, ce qui nous intéresse c'est l'assiette.Le plat du jour est à moins de 10€ donc pas cher. A noter, le vendredi c'est Aïoli (l'Aïoli c'est pas mon truc donc je ne vous en parlerait pas!). La cuisine est simple mais vraiment bonne, comme la cuisine de ma grand-mère. Les desserts changent selon la saison et sont toujours très bons.En revanche je reconnais que tout ce qui sort du plat du jour est un peu plus cher donc ne réfléchissez là bas on y va pour le plat du jour et les desserts."
