"Great concept and the execution of food is good, the meat is made right with beautiful flavors. The pages are good and on the right track. I don't say that easily, we are certified judges in the Kansas City BBQ company and... are BBQ cuisine. The sauces are nearby, but need some help. I really like the decor and the open feeling at the place, the only thing missing was the smell of the smoker and some good blues music in the background. We love the place and will be back. The best American grill I had in Mexico that I did not cook myself!!!"

"Mi reseña es para el Shiroi-ie a lado de la plaza San Luis. El local tiene una promoción que admito es muy buena y atrae mucha gente que es tener los rollos dos por uno de lunes a miércoles a toda hora. El detalle es que el restaurante se satura y el servicio se vuelve muy lento y por consecuencia malo.Este miércoles 19 de Julio llegué poco después de las 2pm que es cuando apertura el restaurante y habiendo solo dos mesas adelante de mí hice mi pedido por dos rollos para llevar.El resultado? después de 50 minutos, varias órdenes que salían de la cocina sin ningún orden ya que se atendió a gente que llegó después de un servidor y otros comensales, mi orden nunca salió. Lo peor es que al preguntar el pobre mesero se sentía avasallado por el caos en la cocina y los gritos de la cocinera que sacaba órdenes sin control alguno.Me retiré después de esos 50 minutos y sin mis rollos. Si el restaurante quiere ofrecer verdaderamente un servicio de calidad tendrá que revisar sus procesos y personal para poder dar un servicio aceptable en tiempo. No me imagino cuanto espero la gente que llegó cuando el restaurante estaba lleno."
