"Coming from Venice I know well what it means to eat out in one of the most exclusive and tourist locations in Italy, you risk running into tourist traps where you eat badly and spend a lot. My joy when I found this gem of a restaurant was priceless. Excellent food (very fresh fish), friendly staff and prices perfectly in line with the quality offered. Super recommended"

"Walking by the streets in Saint Margarita we stopped by small restaurant it was one of the side streets just one of those rainy day, that just stopped raining we were on a tour and they gave us free time to go to the different areas of the town looked into this place it was empty it was lunchtime, not too many tourists we walked in they were very grateful to us they sat us down, in a nice seat away from the door the waiter they came over with the menu he presented his specialties. We ordered specials and raviolis. All I can say they were delicious that’s, I ever had I would highly recommend finding this place and having a wonderful lunch, wine from the region. It was a white wine and really smooth it went perfectly with the food he brought over some desserts, and tea which they make in the house it was berry tea. It made the meal perfect."

"We made a reservation through the Fork and received email confirmation, but when we got to the restaurant we were told that they don’t accept reservations online. We were still seated. We waited 30 minutes to see a menu. It took repeated asks to order and waiting another 20 minutes before someone took our order. We watched several other tables around us be seated, get food, eat and finish while we sat with table bread. It took an hour and a half from first being seated to get our wine, then another 30 minutes after that before we got our food. We’ve had long leisurely dinners in Italy and have no problem waiting, however the hostility and rudeness of the staff and unhappiness with our presence made for a incredibly bad experience. We wanted to order more bottles of wine and food but it didn’t seem possible. This storyline follows many similar stories on Google reviews as well. There was an incorrect meal brought that was corrected, long waits, rude staff, and general hostility to the customer. Would definitely NOT recommend coming here it truly ruined what would’ve been an otherwise lovely evening."
