"A great place to find Italian treats such as Gelato, Sorbet, Fizzy Floaten and Cream Sodas. A very popular place with a long line when I stopped on Thursday night. I chose a three bowl with mango, lava stream and mountain Blueberry Gelato. Waiting was worth it as all three flavors were great tasting and not really sweet. Sea Star offers a rotating menu of flavors and milk free options. On North Columbia near Broadway in Seaside. Parking is on the street, but only a few minutes' walk from many hotels. A beautiful place for a variety of treats with a wide selection of gelatos, and sorbets to stop with friendly service."

"The woman over the counter greeted me kindly and chatted for a minute. It's rare to experience genuine human interaction these days... Seems that employee morale is depleting in Ca.... Anyways, pastries and bread galore! Great prices for delicious treats. I'm glad I found this place and will be stopping here for all my pastry needs."

"Our first visit to Seaside Oregon and we read the raved reviews of their clam chowder so decided we had to try it. I ordered a bowl instead of the cup. As this was going to make up the bulk of my supper meal with a few pieces of my spouse’s cod fish and chip dinner. The clam chowder was very delicious and rich. The bowl size would have been great if I didn’t want to eat anything else it filled me up. The fish and chip dinner was seven pieces of cod, but disappointingly one piece was just batter. Not sure why the cooks wouldn’t have seen it when plating, it was so small one had to have known it was fishless. The fish we did get was flaky but very bland tasting, even the tartar sauce was quite bland and not very tangy. Coleslaw was good but minuscule for the price point. The French fries were ok, nothing special. Thought for a “Steak and Seafood“ restaurant that the fries would have been hand cut and homemade. Service was prompt. Definitely worth a visit for their clam chowder."

"It was nice to see white espresso offered, since that’s something I previously have only seen in the Seattle area. Good drinks, great baked goods. I think most of their baked goods are made in-house. The breakfast biscuits and the scones are amazing. Definitely recommend trying them!"
