"Hello This is not the first time we have visited an establishment in Rublik and Aurora. Today I was surprised by the service of the waitress who worked at Rublik. Not only is she not friendly, but she also does not feel through the plate that the dish is almost completely cold and does not know sanitary standards. I ordered dessert and pancakes. Waitress She brought me a plate and I saw that her fingers were in the plate itself, even though it was forbidden to do so according to the label and SanPiN. Some of the pancakes simply boiled with cheese, and the rest was just cold. I called the waitress, calmly explained that the dish was cold and she looked at me with such amazement and she didn’t know what to do. The cashier employee immediately came out and asked what happened, I also told her that the dish was cold. She took the plate and said that yes, it was really cold. День недели понедельник. Для понимания. Уютное место, если не будет полон зал. Не понравилось, что мало места из близко расставленных столов. Если все столы будут заняты, то не получиться посидеть и пообщаться в немного уединенной обстановке. Готовят, быстро, вкусно, но на мой взгляд для города Сыктывкара ценник немного завышен на горячие блюда и вина. Всем приятного аппетита и хорошего позитивного отдыха."

I even laughed, the calf is very large and what part of this steak is, but they never told me the secret, probably it should was to be a surprise. The steak had to be medium rare, the so called medium. They brought me the steak pretty quickly. Having cut off the first piece of meat for myself, I found that it was a little overcooked, the steak was on the verge of medium to full. Consequently, the meat turned out to be quite dry, that periodically it had to be washed down with a drink. There was a lack of the taste of the burnt crust of meat, as is the case in a decent steak. At the end of dinner, I did not even ask about the level of steak and how you like the meat, which is usually done in restaurants. The check was 860 rubles for a steak, fresh cabbage salad and 0.4 lemonade. In principle, one is normal. You need to work with meat and still worry about the satisfaction of your client. Я даже посмеялся, телёнок очень большой и их какой же части эта вырезка, но мне так и не раскрыли секрет, наверно должен был быть сюрприз. Стейк должен был быть средней прожарки, так называемый, medium. Принесли мне стейк довольно быстро. Отрезав себе первый кусочек мяса, обнаружил, что немного пережарили, стейк был на грани средней и полной прожарки. Следовательно мясо получилось довольно сухим, что периодически его приходилось запивать напитком. Не хватало вкуса обоженой корочки мяса, как это бывает в достойном стейке. По окончанию ужина у меня даже не поинтересовалась, как вам уровень прожарки стейка и как вам мясо, что обычно делают в ресторанах. Чек составил за стейк, салат из свежей капусты и 0.4 лимонада 860 рублей. На одного в принципе нормально. С мясом нужно поработать и всетаки беспокоиться о удовлетворённости своего клиента."
