"Had a boot from lausanne to thonon les bains at a moment without planning. in thonon we asked a place where to eat, and he recommended le remous. we do not regret this recommendation, the weather was nice, so we decided to sit outside, we were offered one of the few free tables. eating was good and plentiful. the service was attentive and cheerful. and surprising when it came to pay for bill, I told them that I only had Swiss francs with me because I didn't have time to change euros, as we simply jump on the boat just before it left luke. so it was either Swiss franc or credit card, and very much to our surprise he said that they would accept Swiss francs. a very good experience!"

"A peine arrivé, accueil très chaleureux (surtout avec les enfants) et les serveurs parlent en Italien (entre eux et quelques mots avec les enfants), on se croit là bas !On vous laisse le choix de votre place.Une carafe d'eau fraîche nous a tous de suite été apportée, sans mandier, puis changée lorsqu'elle était presque finie.Le service a été très rapide et les pizza sont excellentes...Une bonne adresse.Tarif raisonnable (env. 70 € pour 2 adultes + 2 enfants avec les desserts, sans vin)."

"A great concept...maybe not for everyone but for us it worked. I do not agree with the comments from certain reviewers (in French) about the accueil froid. The service was professional, speedy and pleasant. €17.50 for a 3 course lunch seemed very reasonable to us as was the wine list as well. Yes you do not know what you are going to eat until you go in but that adds to the experience. The cheese in particular was excellent. Well done guys! We shall return ....."
