"Sometimes one thing is wrong at a restaurant. Other times several things. In our recent experience at NouNou other the valet car parker, everythig was wrong. The service was intolerably and unpleasantly slow from beginning to end. It took a long 45 minutes for our starters of smoked salmon, mixed salad and oysters to arrive. It can hardly be blamed on the cooking time. An hour later our main courses of the most miniature soles we had ever seen arrived. Each plate held a child sized portion. The fish was cold, the side dishes were dull and when the waiter clared the table he left one plate and all the side dishes on the table. A half hour later he arrived with dessert menus. The tarte tatins were lukewarm and mushy. The ice cream rock hard. Coffee never arrived. When the bill was requested it was wrong in so many ways it took two attempts to get it right.All in all a deplorable experience not worthy of a return visit. The neighboring restaurant, while more expensive, is a great value when compared to this miserable place."

"It was my first time getting Kabob here even though I live around the corner. My French is not great but I can get by. I greeted the lady and ordered two Kabob. One with sauce blanche, and one with Samurai(spicey), both with the fries on the side, and to go. The food turned out to be very good. The menu says £5.50 each with fries. They don't charge extra for putting the fries on the side. I know this because my friends do it all the time. So when she gave me the food, she paused, then told me the price was £14. I asked her again to make sure. I paid it despite being surprised and I didn't say something because I didn't want to cause a scene. But after thinking about it and enjoying the food, it upsets me to think that a business person thinks it is okay to change the advertised price for "tourists, or non-french speaking people. I run a business that relies on tourists to visit from all over the world. I train my staff to respect every culture and to treat all people with respect and make them feel welcome. It was obviously not a mistake that she did this. She wasn't busy and she knows the prices. I am sorry that she feels so desperate to make money that it was worth the £3 extra to give a bad experience to someone who would have returned many times. Being kind and honest will get you far. Being dishonest will get you bad Karma."

"Je recommande vraiment... juste exceptionnel... un menu à l ardoise a 24€50 (choix entre plusieurs entrées, plats et desserts) en face des bateaux... tout est extra frais et vraiment tres bien cuisine... le cadre très agréable... les serveuses et le service en lui même est juste parfait... rien à redire... personnel accueillant chaleureux et à l écoute du client... nous y étions allés il y a un moment déjà et depuis rien à changer ! Ce restaurant reste toujours au top..."
