"I have wanted for some time to write a review for this tiny restaurant because it is one of the few restaurant s around Manosque serving an original but genuine take on Provence cooking. Healthy and fresh, the food will be served as a mixed platter with soup or you can also choose quiche. Their famous drink, hot fresh ginger and lemon is so good, I've been trying to make it myself without much success... the welcome is genuine as well. There is more table space in the summer as they spill out on the terrace but winter has its charm as part of the restaurant is in the museum shop so you'll be surrounded by tempting products on an old fashioned apothecary decor. The serving staff speak English too. A place 're from the maddening crowd'."
