"This restaurant offered an excellent impression from the outside! It offered an excellent show cooking opportunity that all products cooked fresh! The chefs worked hard and showed their talent! Unfortunately, the chefs lacked some spices and traditional taste! Means simple chilli,...Garlic and other spices seemed to have disappeared! (If you eat here, ask for additional spices only if the cook is forgotten)! Unfortunately we were served a drink in a dirty glass! For clarification of a dirty glass (shells and residual cleaning products from the dishwasher). When we confronted the waiter with this topic, he was not very happy and changed my drink against his will! (as I had to inform him about a dirty glass)! This has created a small amount of tension between the customer and the waiter. This is a No Go! Our recommendation for the management of this plant is to train the waiter and the bar staff that cleanliness of all glasses is a priority and the customer is always right, even if such an unpleasant problem arises! A small apology along with a free “Espresso” would have been a “Better Gesture” instead of playing the “Upset” waiter! A waiter's pride can ruin a dinner!"
