"This is an outstanding Harvey's. We pass two others just to use this restaurant! It is always welcoming, very friendly service and most importantly is kept exceptionally clean. That's very important in my book! The food is always cooked to perfection and for a fast food joint, stands above the rest!"

"Disappointed in the fact that we reserved our spot on the wait list for 6:45pm and when we arrived, we were told we would be next, about 5-10 mins, but it wasn’t. They said our name didn’t move up on the list like it should of. They probably wouldn’t of realized if I hadn’t gone to ask. We weren’t seated till 7:30pm. We had made the reservation because I had my 11 month old daughter with me."

"Waited over 30 minutes and nobody came to our table. One server was confrontational, rude and aggressive. The manager was empathetic and understanding.Won't be back to be ignored for half an hour and then have an aggressive server try to escalate the situation.Brutal."

"Went here on a Friday evening for dinner. Restaurant was about half empty. Sat down at our booth and it was about 20 mins before the server came to our table. Gave our food and drink orders... and then another 20 mins goes by... Server forgot about our drinks, and there was no sign of the food. The drinks arrived about 10 mins after that (30 mins since giving our order). We asked to speak to a manager, and told him that we were waiting a very long time for our food. He told us that this is how the restaurant industry is, and every restaurant would give me the same experience, which I found strange for a manager to say (in truth, this has not been my recent experience at most restaurants I had been to in the last few months). He did assure me that the food would be out shortly. Over an hour after giving our order, the food came out (and they forgot about half the order). Something is wrong here regarding the way they run the restaurant. Tables around us wished us luck in dealing with the restaurant experience as they left, after receiving subpar service themselves. I would NOT ever return to this place. Beware, if you crave ESM, try another location!!"

"By far my favourite fast food burger. The only disappointing part was the terrible frozen fries. That problem can be fixed with a side of gravy or Poutine. A long time favourite haunt in Bell's Corners"
