"UpRice is located somewhere in the MOA complex, in a bldg called E-Com Center 2. Its my first time to go there, so i just wazed it to get there. The place houses some of the metros high end restos like Alba and House of Wagyu. They represents Filipino comfort food at an affordable price for the office workers of the building. The bldg has live bands during weekends in their open area.<br> <br> Spicy Beef Quesadilla is pressed flour tortilla filled with cheese and spiced up ground beef. It has a nutty, spicy because of the cumin. <br> <br> Tropical Salad is composed of fresh lettuces &amp; fruits, topped with caramelized cashews in a nice citrus viangrette. I like how this salad is very refreshing to the palette. It doesn't have strong overpowering ingredients, but it just balances out everything.<br> <br> Creamy Margherita is penne pasta cooke in mornay sauce (bechamel + cheese). I find it on the salty side. More of like a creamier mac and cheese with penne.<br> <br> Angry Wings is their version... <a class="read-more" href="#">read more</a>"

"Fairly nice set-up and atmosphere. Unfortunately all praises will have to stop there. We were the only customer for late lunch and yet it took them 45 mins to serve our pasta. Staff were just standing around doing nothing. They started to work after we...followed up our order. Walter reasoned that pasta would be hard if they cooked it less than 15 mins. Seriously, aglio olio is the easiest pasta to cook. Servings not too much for the price. Plus bw warned, the menu price does not include vat. So don't be surprised when you receive your bill. Avoid this place"
