"Have eaten here often, so I think it is time to check! beautiful chicken rice, delicious supplies and sauces, my only small critique would be the way that this time was cut, there were many small bones during the teller that were loose and floating in the broth. I love that this guy is always on the bone, but maybe a little more carefree while chopping the hook next time. I'll be back anyway!"

"Friday lunch, and not uncommon, we needed to pay separately. Essentially, as we left and went to settle the bill and I was overcharged, only realising once we had exited. I went back to clarify with the gentleman and I was met with a really poor attitude. He said – ‘well you know what, it all ended up correctly’ ‘your blonde friend paid the rest, so she owes you Well it was Trivial I know, but I don’t think that the remark “you know what if that’s what you want I’ll give you was warranted I left not only with the incorrect amount of change, (perhaps maybe actually calculate it)...read more"

"Thought this was gong to be very good given the write ups and recommendations Guess if you have put it on a pedestal then it has to live up to expectations which it didn'tIt is a vibrant foodie style restaurant but very noisy ( bad acoustics) okif you don't want a conversation or prepared to talk loudly which only makes the noise level worse Food is fusion/trendy with some interesting twists but not up the the hype and outstanding raps given by the food writersAfricola by comparison is equally noisy but the food is a cut above"

"This is one of those places in Adelaide that has had a long history. I remember when it was a roaring nightspot back in the late 80s and I used to frequent this place quite regularly. However times have changed a lot and the old bar that I would try to sneak into is no longer. As a restaurant it actually isn't bad. We used to regularly come down here for a Friday lunch, and I must admit that they made a pretty decent schnitzel. However, as a night spot it is pretty empty and quite dull. There are much better places to spend a Friday night."
