"Ja das Restaurant ist optisch kein Highlight . Wirkt eher etwas alt, langweilig, ja gar billig. Dabei ist das Essen bisher immer sehr gut. Ob Lammsteak , Putenspiess oder die wirklich zarte Lammkeule es schmeckt und alles ist frisch.Wäre die Optik ansprechender wäre ich sicher schon öfters dort hin. Es ist kein Restaurant zum präsentieren. Der Service ist meistens nett, störend finde ich zwar wenn jemand anderes kassiert als mich bedient / umsorgt hat... macht das Restaurant aber nicht schlechter.Das Essen ist für das gebotene günstig.Werde dort weiterhin essen gehen...Aber eher bei keinen besonderen Anlässen."

"I know how Indian curry should taste, example birmingham balti near where I lived. also were in goa india. the gandhi was the worst curry I ever tasted in years of eating curry. no fresh spices, from a glass. I could. on and on, but obviously many people here don't know how a REAL course tastes, not a curry sausage. I will not waste my time. the food was filthy and very expensive. avoid them at all costs, and I can post pictures, but they will want you to be sick up) so take my word on their own costs."

"Meine Familie hatte dieses kleine Lokal bei einem vorherigen Besuch in Braunschweig entdeckt und so sehr davon geschwärmt, dass wir den 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag dort verbrachten. Das Interieur ist einfach und rustikal, aber die hervorragende Küche und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft des Chefs überspielen das perfekt. Das Mahl beginnt mit Schnaps und frischem, warmen Brot direkt aus dem Ofen, dessen Quelle niemals versiegt. Dazu zwei leckere Dips und man muss sich beherrschen, um sich nicht daran schon satt zu essen! Als Hauptspeisen wählten wir alle eines der die Karte dominierenden Lammgerichte und genossen alle ein auf den Punkt gebratenes, saftig-würziges Fleischgericht mit reichlich Bulgur und Grillgemüse. Sehr zu empfehlen! Alle Teller waren zum Schluss blitzsauber! Das Dessert, vom Chef persönlich bereitet, wurde nur deswegen noch gegessen, weil es so einladend und lecker serviert wurde."
