"We had a pleasant evening at Helm. Food was really good. Lots of shared plates with plenty to go around. Great views, not many people there so lacking in atmosphere a bit. Beware of ordering bread we asked for serves and were charged per head for the whole table of resulting in for BREAD"

"Despite its amazing location I'm afraid this restaurant is disappointing. The staff were too busy and the salmon undercooked ( I know it doesn't require full cooking ) but even for me it was mostly raw. The wine list is also on the expensive side."

"I went there for the first time in July only because the restaurant I had intended to visit was closed. I was not impressed. Our party comprised veteran chilli lovers, and we all found the meals to be insanely hot and not much else. On...the bright side, the serving staff are courteous and attentive, and the beer is cold and plentiful. That said, I will not be venturing back to this establishment."

"Visited Kazoomi's for brunch yesterday after reading good online reviews. We were not disappointed. My husband and I are both middle eastern food fans, and often cook ME food at home. Nimrod the owner and chef serves up his dishes with an interesting modern twist. I had the falwaffle, the waffle was light and fluffy inside and crunchy on the outside with the lovely traditional falafel taste. Topped with eggplant, roasted baby toms, pickles, a piquant sauce, poached eggs, and spinach every mouthful was yummy. It was a interesting hybrid of breakfast staple meets middle eastern flavours. My husband had the Shakshuka with lamb and wiped his pan clean with the fried flatbread that accompanies the dish. If your looking to eat brunch or lunch somewhere different in Freo, visit Kazoomi's you won't regret it."

"We visited the Fremantle Markets on Easter weekend. I loved this stall because it had examples of the different meals available for you to view, and potato skin with sauce tasting platter so you could try before you buy. We brought the mixed meat on potato skins and they were delicious. Extremely generous portion for $13.50. Highly recommend!"
