"A disappointing way to satisfy my demand for a kebab, I came here for quite positive reviews, but eating was very subduing. the lamb kebab was tasteless and dry. Moreover, while I understand that kebab meat is not exactly 100% meat, the lamb in this kebab was in the round a comminuted pieces of lamb sausage, the very bland chicken burger was marginally better. it was not so dry, but still very tasteless definitiw would not come back. it took some serious efforts to end the blanching and dry lamb kebab."

"Pathetic excuse for a Greek restaurant. <br>
Food was poor quality, manager was extremely rude. Claimed to be flamed grilled but was no where close. Prawns smelt off. Don't waste your time or money!<br>"

"Perfect night. We read some bad the reviews of this restaurant. We chose a wonderful dip, haloumi and bruschetta was delicious<br/>We had a prawns skewer that melted in the mouth whilst my mezza kabbab was most tasty.<br/>Definitely go back again . Don't trust the bad reviews"

"This place is yet to disappoint. Have been here a number of times and the food, atmosphere and service is always great. The decor is quirky, with old 70s style tables and chairs & theatre type booths with lots of quirky pieces around the place- old instruments turned into vases and such. But it is also so cosy, and with a soloist or band playing everytime we've been here, it gives off great dine-in vibes. Have nice wine list and good selection of craft beers and food is lovely and good value. Sadly have to add the 10%surcharge on public holiday but still managed to be a fairly inexpensive night. Like the daily specials and they have a selection of board games if ur just there for a pop in too. Will be back ????"

"We haven’t been to the Lion for a feed for quite a while and recently headed here. It’s had a makeover of sorts and we were pleasantly surprised. We sat in their casual dining area and scored a table near the bar. Food was really good, lots of options available and the schnitty special on a Thursday is great value if you’re keen for a pub staple. Good service and tasty food, a nice chilled atmosphere with indoor or outdoor seating. Prices are pretty good and there’s plenty to choose from with their selection of alcohol and wine. Would go back for sure."

They use great, fresh produce for the meals.<br>

"Great vibe, but the patrons are truly swished in. I ordered the bestella, (photo below) It was an interesting dish, chicken pie wrapped in filo pastry. I did enjoy it, but think pricing is a bit high. The tagines are excellent for sharing, and that is great value for money"
