"The service was good and they even served a friend a very nice plate that was not in the menu! So this guy asks for "lamb kleftiko" which is not in the menu. The waiter explains us what this is and the story of its origins....and afterwards asks the group if somebody else wants it....the he tells the kitchen to go for it! Later on the kleftiko guy is looking happy as something else as I end up wishing I had it too...hey my plate was also very good, but this one was something else!"
