"I don't seem to understand why they give out the surveys anymore, I tried to use a survey today for an iced coffee, and someone came back and told me that what I had written down from using the survey was invalid? The old white woman who served me was Incredibly ignorant about it and kept repeating the exact same thing over and over, why exactly do the surveys exist if once I complete one, I'm told it is invalid and I'm treated like garbage because of it? Absolutely insane, I hope that woman who served me is fired aswell, no understanding of how to speak to somebody whatsoever"

The tacos were good and tortillas freshly made, but the winner for us was the burrito with housemade habanero oil. Probably one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Friendly staff, wide variety of wonderful food…right from the ready made meals offered at the deli counter to the kielbasa, smoked sausages and all lunch meats. Great prices. "Stopped in for a smoothy after a walk, at the urging of a friend.Love the store front, branding and offerings - all good. Really good.I had the Thin Mint smoothy (really good)and a little ball of something 'carrot cake' - dense and filling, not too sweet.Here's my nit pick.The staffer did not acknowledge me when I arrived or stood at the counter pondering the choices (first time there), but kept on working with their back to me. I made my decision, placed my order, server got down from what they were doing (don't recall any hand-washing before my smoothy was prepared) and only spoke to me to tell me how much my order was when it was time to pay (no thank you). I don't need a lot of interaction when I'm buying a smoothy but some might find the indifferent customer service a turn off.So I really like the product and atmosphere but the service that day - meh."
