"To improve the customer experience at this Tim Hortons location, it is advisable to consider hiring additional staff to manage the front counter. During my recent visit, I queued behind two customers to purchase 2 coffees and Timbits, but the female cashier appeared to be multitasking by preparing breakfast items and brewing coffee, while the other two employees (a male and a female) seemed to be idle.It appeared that a baseball team comprising about 10 individuals had arrived to grab some breakfast before their game, and several of them ended up leaving due to the long wait. I overheard some them who had patiently waited for 30 minutes, and felt badly for them. This situation was frustrating for everyone involved, and my own order took approximately 20 minutes to be fulfilled, which was significantly longer than it should have taken (2 coffees and Timbits was ordered)Given this unpleasant experience, I cannot recommend this Tim Hortons location. Never. Ever.Parking: While there is parking available, it is important to exercise caution when parking in front of other businesses within the complex."

"Went in for a evening snack after dinner. First time at this location. Surprisingly busy with cars, people hanging around outside and steady lineup of 5-6 customers deep. Placed mobile order. Service was friendly, coffee was good. Only issue was the lack of donut choices at 9:30pm."

"Just finish shopping at the mall . like to come back to try their foods again ,again ,business very slow ,lot of the offices staff work at home ,.location are very convenient ,foods improve a lot , great place for solo to grab a quick...bite , Dim sum items is very limited , the noodle are okay too , I notice they have a lot of take out , nice clean place too ,"

"Made a long time goal of mine come true last Friday when my sister took my mother and I out for lunch at Hi Genki located in Nikkei Cultural in South Burnaby.After this meal, there can be no question – we will be sending our mother and father here as soon as they are old enough because the restaurant in the complex will give us the best reason to visit them on a regular basis."

"Reply: Thanks for the reply. You’re right. I ate the bar right away in store.The items were extremely good looking with great design. You guys are so creative and you have pretty good ideas.After reading the previous reviews, I expected the items to taste fresh and “special”. I got a cupcake and a bar. Both were not so fresh and too sweet for my taste, especially the bar. It was like a block of sugar."

"Small, humble bakery with seating. Staff greeted us at the door and upon leaving. The mocha bread was a bit dry. Try their Cream-filled buns. They have many flavours. Appreciate the hospitality!"

"We have been going to chef Tony for years and would come each time we visit Vancouver. The last two times the pork on the xiu mai tasted porky like it was either old or not prepared well. We bought Chinese donut yesterday and it was soaked in oil. Not sure what happened to chef Tony but the quality has gone down. The ha gow is still good though."
