"Ok I do love Dunkin donut coffee. But today was the last time I will be going to the one off of Illinois road and Scott road. This year they sent me a coupon for a free (any size) hot coffee. I started putting my things in my car and leaned over my seatto put my large coffee in the cup holder and (the cups these days a paper and very flimsy) the top comes flying off got coffeeall over my new car/seats. Mind you they didn?t have any napkins at the counter. Had to get their attention to get napkins. The young girl behind the counter did feel a little bad and gave me napkins. The young man who took my order wouldn?t even cometo the counter to help in anyway or even apologize. Now I have to wash my leather seats and let it air out."

"I have never had a good experience at this Dunkin? Donuts. There was one person in front of me and still waited 20 minutes to get 10 munchkins and a latte. Guy at window gave me 9 STALE munchkins and when I asked for the 10th (because toddlers need everyone) he gave me one that looked half eaten! Thanks dude. He also tried giving me someone else?s drink. Just pay attention! Youaren?t short staffed there were at least 3 employees and no one in line. If the Harts still own this location I?m verydisappointed!"

"-5* if I were allowed. in the city two days to work a weekend event. the place is next to the hotel and shares parking with tims. the opening times of the lobby explained to open 6 o'clock on the door. on our station to breakfast at 730 Saturday, and 715 Sunday, neither the lobby was actually open. On Saturday we had lucky enough that it was also a gastmit worker who was waiting to be admitted who offered us to let us in and make our food as a drive through the personal 'didnt care' (here words). today, when they arrive, the same two hired who drive through the drive, stare me for ten minutes through the closed door as I knock, confirm the time and lift my hands as we are open, what is going on? they show each other and laugh. after ten minutes, I take my place in the only line that is present, waiting as the 4 cars are ahead, taking care, and coming to the window to try to take place to say that they do not serve me, but if I wait until there are no cars in the line (again), they will open the door. at this pont I have spent 20 minutes placing only one order, and the line is only secured. I have time to breakfast, and the crew call in 5. thanks for the non-service, if I could have more negative I would. I can understand being short-circuited; but would suggest updating their posted hours to reflect what they can actually achieve. which is not acceptable, however, is mocked by the personal, because he wants to be just a customer and want to have an breakfast. I have not had ten minutes on a closed door, as the personal tries to hide, then patiently back in the drive through to wait, he said to wait again on the door and refused service is just to knock. I am aware of the shortage of work, but to say that when the planned staff 't show up and those who do not feel like working; then the restorer should be closed. I love tims, but this has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had on one of her stallions. I was told that a linda is the gm here. linda, if she read this, I have the whole exchange on video and would like to send it over."

"I just had the best brunch ever! The cinnamon roll with conjure coffee was a great start. Chicken Waffles were absolutely amazing. The Poutine was so full of flavors. Topped off with a mimosa and a friendly server. Can't wait to come back and try other menu items."
