"Lots of bagel options, always fresh, on weekend there is always a long line but the line moves quickly. I stopped getting coffee from them because it was like a mud water but it has been a while so there might have been some improvements (or not)."

"The man with glasses I think he is a manager has a problem with giving espresso in drinks, even after I pay for it. he also ripped me off from the cold brew in machiattos instead of espresso. it is just this man, although all the other workers are awesome"

"Great food, great atmosphere and great service. I loved the classic rock soundtrack here. the bathrooms were spotlessly clean and smells really nice. if the weather is nice, try to sit outside! the sitting area in the open is really beautiful. also the French fries loved! small and seasoned!"

"GLUTEN FREE DONUT ALERT! All the donuts here looked incredible. I have celiac disease so was excited to see that they had gluten free donuts!!! I restrained myself and bought just two. These were probably the best gluten free donuts that I have ever eaten. Excellent texture and flavor."

"Never in fancy pastry shop, I bought some dinge to try and I was not disappointed! I was greeted by two of the sweetest, most pleasant young ladies, who had impeccable manage. “Yes, Ma’am”, “No, Ma’am” and “Thank you, Ma’am” rolled so easily from their tongues, I’m sure their mamas are quite proud of them. what the goodies I took after home, I can't even tell them what I liked best, but the apfelsitter I had tonight will surely be an breakfast book – I can hardly wait until tomorrow! I am so very happy that my friend (who comes from bryson city to buy cake) recommended to load this. I can see why they've been in operation since 1969. I am pleased to support a family business. the customer service makes the difference!"

"Hang down the best donuts I've ever had and in contrast to others donuts, they stay tasting good for hours after the purchase. They have a croissan-like teig. the selection at 11am was excellent and every taste I tried was absolutely delicious."

"I’m local and live in pretty close walking distance to pure eats. I go often and usually don’t have any problems. But today was the worst service I’ve ever had from this place, it was almost as if done on purpose. Went in today (12/5 at around 2pm) and order 2 grilled chicken sandwiches; one with pickles and lettuce, the other with only pickles and onion. Also ordered a donut. Cashier made a phone call when going to the back (mentioned she was a florist if that helps determine who this was) and then gossiped with the cook. Cashier brings out my food with a smile on her face and said “here’s your hot and ready food made especially just for you!” Smiled said thank you. Got home from my not even 3 minute walk down the street and my sandwiches were cold. One sandwich didn’t even have the lettuce on it that I asked for and instead was tomato. Also was a random tomato on mine with the onion and pickle. Also did not receive my donut that I ordered. Am very disappointed and not sure if I will be coming back. Mistakes happen but when they happen very often and are lied to the customers face about it is truly unacceptable. I don’t blame the business or the owner at all but these workers need to be help accountable. And I would like my donut lol."

"Been a few times now. The burger is LEGIT! And the fries are the best I've ever eat. Never a long wait, and if you do have to wait a few extra minutes it's ok because your food will always be hot. The bao buns are great to. Next visit I'm trying the Dan Dan Noodles!"
