"This tim Hortons is by far the WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I had ordered a simply sausage on an English muffin with no cheese or butter (I am lactose intolerant). We received the food in about a minute. Amazing time. However we had to wait for our two iced caps for 15 additional minutes. Now this isn’t the issue. I got home and opened my food to eat when I noticed cheese and butter in my food. Everyone gets this wrong no matter where I go so I’ve gotten used to calling and fixing this issue. But when I called this location I was met by the cooks voice, and when I voiced my concern she called me a liar. I had the food in my hands and she accused me of lying. After I had given up arguing I asked to speak with the manager to which she hung up the phone. I tried calling back over and over but they ignored me. So I went back in. One cashier was very polite but everyone else INCLUDING THE MANAGER was very disrespectful and rude. I spoke to the manger and she replaced my food, however in regards to the incident of lying she did not care at all. She in fact said and I quote “I do not care”. I told her I would be contacting head office about this to which she repeated “I do not care”. Terrible TERRIBLE Tim Hortons, and whoever daughter that was should be ashamed at how they raised them. I understand customer service is frustrating, I’ve been there. Both sides. But that is no way to treat another human being. Head office has been contacted and I hope to have her job. To the cashier who apologized thinking she was at fault, you were nothing but polite and the iced caps were perfect! To the cook and manager… please change yourselves"

"Delicious delicious food. Truly!<br/ <br/ Chicken dhansak was amazing. <br/ Lamb vindaloo was so spicy and delicious. Enjoyed with naan, rice and samosa apps. <br/ <br/ My partner and I ordered two more entrees for take out: the Ceylon chicken dish and some other beef dish called Bhutan (lol something like that). Seriously expect to wait an hour at least for food. So definitely don't go when you're starving. The service was ok but sweet and friendly. It seems that a lot of people are unhappy with the wait times but I think it demonstrates that the food is actually made fresh to order. Great place. Will be back. But take cash and credit over $20 only."

"Ordered a breakfast sandwich, ate half, then the lettuce fell out of the other half and saw it was dirty, black and not washed. The other piece of lettuce was brown and wilted. Took it out and ate the sandwich, egg was over cooked and dry. When the waitress Jesse finally came around I told her and showed her the dirty black lettuce. Was told that I was only allowed to have 10% off. When I asked for at least half off because I could get sick from the other half, JESSE ACCUSED ME OF NOT WANTING TO PAY FOR THE MEAL! I told her the fruit looked old and wilted, grapefruit looked liked half chewed and wilted. She said it was just decorative. I never knew of a place that is called ALL FRUIT, TUTTI FRUTTI translated in Italian where the fruit is not fresh to eat. I the end she insisted I pay with just 10% off or she would call the cops on me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I never said I didn't want to pay in the beginning, I had asked if there was anything she could do, at least half off, but with only 10% off< I feel like I wasn't met in the middle and totally ripped off! For potential food poisoning, dirty salad and old fruit, half price would have been more than enough! Will never go back. It was my first time and my last time!"

"A very trendy and modern restaurant where we had a delightful evening. Eating here was good, but not amazing. The tacos were very tasty to start. For the main, the Gong Bao chicken was nice, but in our opinion, the roasted beef did not really work. Our... well was efficient, but no warmth."

"We went into this restaurant specifically for their Crab Cakes. There were of us in our party we arrived at We asked about them before being seated and there was no problem. After we were seated was when things started to fall apart....First we asked the girls filling our waters about the special of the day, she eye rolled and said I have no idea, ask your server Then less than minutes later she came back as our server! We asked about the special again and it was explained to us. We ordered crab cakes and were told they were all out. Oh that's disappointing, so we ordered the fish special, that is also not available. Eventually we all ordered something and out food eventually arrived. We were never offered bread or drinks. The server was constantly going past our table but would either ignore us completely or would give us the one minute sign. The food was decent but not spectacular. The service was horrible especially for the price, with out drinks for of us was No we did not leave a tip."

"Amazing atmosphere, how often can you go to a place and feel like you are at home! The food is something that you cannot find anywhere else in the city! Great portion size and the steak along with everything else I had is to die for! The desert OMG is a must have!!!! I have gone back many times and the service is always fantastic! I can't say enough good things about this place, all I can say is YOU MUST GO TRY IT OUT!"
