"You know when you get that itch for a certain food and you gotta have it that night? I feel like Cha Yen is the perfect spot to get your Thai fix. Prices are very reasonable, portions are good and the flavors are plentiful. Not pictured was the beef khao soi which IMO is def a five star dish. The chicken wings also get 5 stars as they find a way to sauce them with zero sogginess, SO GOOD. The other standard dishes we ordered like the pas thai, pork larb and tom yum soup were all serviceable but not exceptional. Would def order takeout again from Cha Yen"

"Iced latte small size and boston cream cake is my favorite from dd. this location has really fresh boston cream pie donuts compared to many others. the employees are really nice, helpful and courteous. they have tables and chairs to sit inside and some tables outside. it is located very centrally near watertown square with access to a series of shops in watertown. Today I felt that my latte is too strong for me and the nice lady offered me a pump of karamell. it was very nice of her. I usually come in the middle of a 35/50 miles ride for more caffeine and donut or two. However, these branches that close to my home, I visit it mainly for fresh boston cream pie. the service is very fast and I really never remember seeing a line here as they help customers very timely. the shop is not abandoned and it is good to interact with some other customers from time to time. I paid $5.44 for a small icy latte and a Boston cream pipe and I think it is very decent price for delicious breakfast."

"Not sure what they were like a year ago or before but I had great service there, every time. Their area is clean and the guy who's taken my order is so nice! My kids were asking for water and without hesitation, he gave them each their own cups so I didn't have to buy an overpriced bottle of water. Can't remember his name but he usually works in the evening when I can get to Wal-Mart after work. He makes pleasant small talk and has a great personality! I'm sorry others have had a bad experience but maybe y'all should go in the evening, definitely best service I've ever had at Dunkin Donuts! The girls who work at the one at the intersection are so RUDE! if i HAVE to go to Dunkin, i prefer to do it when im shopping. At least they don't look at me stupid when they make my order, leave it on the counter and don't even bother to call it out or acknowledge that anyone is even in their lobby! This place is great and well kept, thanks for being the only good dunkin in Watertown!"
