"Today i walked into town to go to reeve’s for lunch, upon my arrival the staff seemed hostile. My initial thoughts where it was a Monday, I understand. Once i had purchased my food and hot chocolate i went up stairs to sit inside, out of the cold, and upon being seated i was then rudely greeted by an employee who said we couldn’t sit down upstairs unless we paid extra. In our current weather, i was outraged by this as we weren’t told this at the till. The attitude of this employee was disgusting and completely backhanded. We ended being escorted out like some sort of criminals. Unfortunately i didn’t catch his name as he refused to tell me but he remained me of a james cordon with brown hair and a moustache that didn’t particularly suit him. And the attitude of a south American dictator.I will not be returning again."
