"2021.12-29/WED_1130: Love this cozy coffee house. The staff and the food is excellent! The variety of beverages was also awesome! They have coffee, blended shakes and hot teas. They also had a variety of items to eat! They have donuts, muffins, breakfast plates, pastries and sandwiches! The ambiance here is very cozy and welcoming. It was a rainy day so it felt good to be there and like I said, the staff was awesome. Even the patrons dining there were great. You get the feel of home when you're there. The menu is written on the chalkboard so you know they must post seasonal or daily specials. We had a breakfast sandwich and the Ultimate Hoagie. The breakfast sandwich was an egg, cheddar cheese and your choice of ham or turkey on your choice of bread. I chose a croissant and turkey sandwich. It was perfect! The croissant was light, flaky and buttery. Paired with the egg, turkey and cheddar cheese, it just melted in my mouth! The Ultimate Hoagie was on a sourdough roll and you can choose roast beef or turkey. This was a roast beef hoagie. It had arugula, garlic aioli and a roasted red pepper spread with provolone cheese (forgive me if I'm wrong about the cheese! . I completely forgot to take pictures of the menu! I love chalkboard menus! Like I said, this coffee house just feels like a great place for some good company and good food!! Stop in for a cup of jo and have a moment away from the outside world! You'll be glad you did!"

"Every worker at this dunkin donuts works so hard. my coffee is always perfect. excellent service, friendliness and efficiency. I like to talk to everyone. great work ethics and excellent customer service. this is my favorite dunkin donuts. I always try to go here before I go to another place. gio, tang and carmen are just some of the amazing workers there, but they are all good. I can of course only speak with my own experience, but I have read some of the negative reviews and I feel compelled to say that some of them seem ridiculous. we live in a world of immediate satisfaction. we are pampered with all our mobile/go ordering options in these days. that means if they can order from home, they avoid the lines, and all they have to do is a walk, take their food and go and that still is not good enough for them, then they are the problem. Nobody's perfect. no device is perfect and while a place is as good as the people are, we are all human. mistakes. certainly nothing to call. the people seem like they could not be harassed to make eye contact or express their pie more to face. it's really sad. Moreover, many people do not understand how difficult it is to work in the customer service industry. customer service employees get the track of anyone's angry or bad day, keeping the attitude of every unsatisfied customer, trembling and joking about how easy their work must be, and constant pressure to keep their back when someone is very rude to them because they cannot afford to lose their job over someone's stupidity. so it takes a lot to work in customer service. you need to be a pretty strong person to leave everything from the day away from your return, then do it the next day. we must have more patient and understanding. more friendliness and respect for everyone. everyone has a claim to his mind.
