"This used to be my daily go to Dunkin. However they kept raising prices(before Covid) and it takes sometimes up to 30 mins to get through the drive through. Also the employees keep changing and it's a shame because they had great people that workedthere. Today I visited after not going there for month to use a free drink. I waited 10 mins before someone took my order. Bythat time at least 7 cars were behind me if not more to order. My coffee tastes off and my sandwich wasn't cooked and notedible. Waste of money and time."

"Their coffee is not good tastes bitter have to add sweetener to be able to drink it. Pumpkin munchkins they make do not taste good. When I asked to heat up munchkins Indian woman said microwave is for employees only. She says to a paying customer?? There is a Dunkin on Hamilton St in Allentown they make good coffee, even if don't add sweetener. They make best pumpkin donuts which are amazing when they heat them up for customers. I thought all Dunkin's are the same but they are not. There is one that is better than most other Dunkin's."

"I was in Allentown for two arbitrations. They are held at the bar association. When I asked people where to go to grab something, not a meal, everyone recommended Mary Ann Donut. They were right. The donuts are an excellent compromise between yeasty think Krispy Kreme) and caky think plain or New England cut). Even at 11:00 a.m. people were buying dozens at a time. Admittedly, it was limited selection at that time."

"Kelly, the manager, was amazing with helping me through my process on adding points to my Duck Donuts App. Even having old receipts, she was very patient and walked be through step by step to backtrack my points. I'm very thankful for her with her time and patience with me. When I also ordered my donuts, they were ready and did a great job of contact-less service. The donuts were warm and delicious.
