"The best service I have at a Dunkin'. I'm going to Dunkin. I make my own handmade coffee at home, but I often stick to Dunkin' if I need some blue-cold mud water to pick me up. The coffee is a little sour, and my order is rarely grounded. But it's predictable, and I like it. I bet I was in at least a hundred different Dunkin' locations during my life. And this place seems to have the best service I saw on everyone. Not that the service is bad at other locations; it is good overall. But here the team members are positive, fast and worrying. The difference in service is noticeable. I was greeted at the entrance (at least it was late, so they were not flooded with a Kajillion command. Your kilometers may vary). The team member who picks up my order confirmed with me what I wanted and with a real smile on the face. I really felt taken care of at this point. My order was processed in record time. The facility was clean (storage also). Only the ordinary transaction to buy coffee left me with a smile. The next time I find myself in the area, I can just pass to confirm that my visit was not a curse. But even if it was the experience I had here, it had such an influence on me that I was following the site and it was a brilliant review. The service here is so good."
