"Local Bakery in Apex: Busy thinking about where to get cupcakes, for my daughter's birthday, to send to school the next day, I was driving by on Williams St (Hwy 55) and I chanced upon this bakery, Sweet Cheeks Bakery. I had never seen it before. It is in a small strip next to BB&T bank on Hwy 55. I walked in and asked the sweet lady, if she can bake me a batch of 30 cupcakes in the next 3 hours. She asked me to come back at 7 30. I walked in at 7 45 and the cakes were beautifully packed and ready. The next day, everyone in school just ed the cakes. All her teachers asked my child where she got those cupcakes. What I loved even more was what the lady told me when I picked the cakes...she told me that there was no need to refrigerate the cakes as they are made with real butter. I managed to get a taste of them the next day when my daughter came back with 1 leftover cake. Indeed, it was divine. I ll definitely recommend this bakery for fresh and yumtastic cakes. Another beautiful thing is the care with which she wrapped each cake in the butter paper and secured them snug in the cupcake box so the cakes did not have a chance to topple. 5 Stars"
