"To find a bakery to supply some bakery biscuits bagels was harder than I thought it was. Thanks to the young lady who answered the phone. She had a few questions for me when I asked if she had deliveries that she told me first that they only supply to companies. Then she asked me some questions. She told me that I could call the owners in the morning and she could ask if they would do something after I answered more questions for them, she said. When she came back on the phone, she told me that John the owner would call me a bit and talk to me. And he did exactly that he called me back in about 30 minutes, I explained to him the situation that I prefer to take care of a small business, especially this time when everything is so closed and I could definitely use a large box company to send flowers or a fruit basket, but I wanted to use the local little business and help them. Without further explanation, John and his staff have done exactly that, thank you for ever so much appreciated. The owner John gave me his phone when I need something in the future to give him a call way to go big customer service in the whole area"
