"Our meal was excellent with a couple of exceptions. The food preparation and presentation were very well done. Highly recommend having the corn bread as an appetizer. It was great as a starter. The entrees were excellent especially my duck which was the best I have ever had. No fruity toppings here, just a well cooked duck breast with good spices. The other entrees were also well enjoyed. Why not stars for food, the vegetables were only just warm and they received a mixed reaction. Of course the restaurant is dealing with winter vegetables which are not the most exciting. Also, it was very crowded which probably affected the kitchen and the restaurant was rather noisy. The service was also excellent. The amount of attention to the needs of the diners was evident and not intrusive. Will definitely return and recommend. Wish we could add half stars as the restaurant is definitely and a half."
