"Customer service at all the Dunkins in Bloomfield sucks!! Unfortunately, all of them are under one ownership and she definitely has a do not care attitude like her employees. Dunkin headquarters should remove them from under the Dunkin franchise because they definitely give Dunkin a bad reputation. I support Dunkin seven days a week, but I may have to start looking elsewhere for proper service, cleanliness, friendliness and dependability. Even ordering through the app at these establishment is an hassle. Christina should be ashamed of herself for allowing this type of disrepect to her customers take place."
