"By far the worst when it comes to Customer Service. I go to this location because it 's convenient and there has been times when the person at the drive up window is friendly and has a passion for the customer facing experience. Today I went there as usual and ordered a large coffee. I drive up to the window and as I 'm handing the individual a $10 bill I ask how much is it. With a mask on it was very hard to hear so I asked again even though they took my money and gave me change. When I asked again they said to me I ALREADY TOLD YOU HOW MUCH IT IS . I was shocked and said, Sir Ma 'am you do not have to be rude. The response was WELL, YOU ASKED ME THE SAME QUESTION TWICE AND I TOLD YOU . Finally I said, listen, it is hard to hear you behind a mask. Please give me my receipt . Now the manager sees this and she just stands in the rear. She knows something isn 't right but did not come to the window to find out what was going on. Management team This is a heavy traffic area. Please please please do better in training all of your employees. If you see action at the window, don 't just stand behind it and do nothing. Come to the situation and see what 's going on. This isn 't the first time I 've had an incident at this location. The previous incident involved the employee keeping change that was due to me which I reported to the manager. We must do better!"
