"1. It's amazing customer service. The people there were extremely nice and waited patiently for us to order 2. The donuts were so delicious The red velvet cake donut was light and fluffy which was surprising for a cake donuts which are usually heavy The apple fritter was so good! The best apple fritter that we have ever been had. I've had a lot of apple fritters but this was the best one. The outside was sugarcoated goodness. The inside had more apples and it wasn't gooey like the average apple fritter. An explosion of flavor. The raised twist melted in my mouth. And was well fried. We loved it! The sausage egg and cheese burrito was delicious. They heated of up and it was really well done with a great distribution of egg and sausage and cheese."

"I will NOT be back. I will go to a local bakery and buy donuts. The donuts I received were not up to standard for a dozen of original glazed. They were not the correct size, shape, or taste. They also were stale. $30 for two dozen of donuts? I was going to bring them to work for a celebration but I’m embarrassed I paid for this. To top it off the cashier didn’t give me a receipt! They threw a few extra donuts on top I guess to make up for the pitiful mess."

"We first had Scooter's in Chattanooga. Right across from our Hotel. I know, lucky us!! We probably paid for everyone to go to college that works there! Well we live in the Chicagoland area so we don't have Scooter's anywhere near us. Wife saw we were passing this one while doing a run for work. She was extremely thrilled to say the least... ????"
