"Awful. We stood at the counter while two employees worked the drive thru thinking eventually they would acknowledge us. After 5 or 6 minutes I asked if there was someone who could take our order. One of the employees responded that they need to serve everyone in the drive thru before they can help us. In other words, as long as cars kept entering their drive thru, they would keep ignoring us. When I said they could have told us that 5 minutes earlier and we would have hopped into the drive thru, I got a snide remark back. The worst part was explaining to my 10 year old why they treated us like that when he asked as we were leaving."
